My therapy style is casual, motivational, and empowering. I tend to utilize holistic modalities that help one to increase a greater sense of self-awareness, and mind-body connection, and support one's personal growth in a compassionate manner. My hope is that individuals can develop a greater understanding of thoughts and behavioral patterns that are causing them to feel stuck while working toward making changes that lead to positive outcomes.
