I want you to know that you are not alone in how you are feeling and that I genuinely believe you can find healing and connection through engaging in therapy. I specialize in supporting young adults, women, college, and graduate students in navigating transitions in life, stress, identity, self worth, numbness or disconnection, relationships, and trauma. My work is rooted in eco-therapy and relational and somatic approaches.
