Committing to starting therapy can be hard. I will work side by side with you to identify what's not working and how to make healthy changes. I strive to make the therapy process as enjoyable and positive as possible and I recognize the importance of respecting your time and goals in treatment. I have over 15 years of experience in the field working with adults and teens who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and addiction related issues.
