I am a firm believer in building an alliance with my clients that is authentic and real. Trust, respect, acceptance and humor are all valuable to me, and I strive to use and practice these tools daily. In my more traditional practice, I work best with individuals who are looking to manage anxiety, health anxiety and relationship transitions and with those who are working through grief and loss. In my less traditional practice, I offer hypnotherapy and past life regression therapy for transformational healing and exploration in physical, emotional, and spiritual ways.
