My mentor says, "Therapy is designed to make you healthy, not happy in the moment," and that has become my philosophy in practice. Therapy in it of itself is an act of bravery as it demands flexibility and challenges you to explore increasing self-awareness. It is my goal to provide support for acceptance of where you are and support towards where you want to be. My clients tend to be motivated, engaged, and active participants in a collaborative process to achieve their therapeutic goals.
