I believe there is hope in all circumstances and healing to be found. Whatever brings you to therapy, you can expect that I will provide you with compassion, respect and understanding as we journey together. I believe that we all have the ability to change and make better choices but sometimes that is difficult to accomplish on our own. I encourage and challenge my clients to be their best selves and to experience life to the fullest.
