I primarily work with adult individuals and adult couples (for sexual health concerns). Telehealth only. I believe, as human beings, we want to feel respected, loved, valued, appreciated, and understood. I believe most of us want to make a difference in the lives of those around us - our loved ones, friends and community. Navigating life can be difficult at times. We can all benefit from a safe, knowledgeable, and compassionate guide. I strive to help people become more connected to themselves, so that we can connect more authentically to others and expand our capacity to feel better and cultivate lasting fulfillment.
