As a licensed counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions. I offer compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals coping with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and thinking disorders. I also support clients facing health-related challenges such as cancer, chronic pain; and those dealing with deeply personal experiences like infertility, grief and trauma or PTSD. My goal is to meet each individual where they are at in their unique journey and work towards deepening emotional understanding and develop effective coping skills.
