Hello, my name is Amber Flowers I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT 144645). I trained in a crisis shelter and primarily focused on family conflict, relationships, stress management, mindfulness, and self-esteem. I primarily use CBT and client-centered therapy, and also use solution-focused techniques during therapy with my clients. Most of my experience has been working with families in crisis. I am very familiar with working with clients who are experiencing life-stage stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, parenting stress, and burnout.
