I’m passionate about facilitating therapeutic work with children, teens, and adults interested in moving inward toward transformation. My style of psychotherapy is to create therapeutic experiences in an authentic and supportive relationship where my client is heard, seen, and understood using the power of witnessing presence and traditional talk therapy. My style is client centered and non-directive, meaning therapy is an experience without advice giving, interpretation, explanation, or providing solutions to problems. I especially love working with people of all ages and helping them find autonomous voices.
