Are you struggling on the path to parenthood? I am currently scheduling new patients for support with maternal or paternal mental health challenges, including Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, or Depression during the perinatal or postpartum period. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed and exhausted by the painful thoughts running through their minds all day. Perhaps it is an unrelenting self critic who never lets you feel good enough. Or a list of anxious “what if’s” that keeps you awake at night, preparing for the worst. For some, it is scary, shameful thoughts that come out of nowhere. I specialize in Women's Mental Health and work with women in all phases of adulthood. I have specialized training in the treatment of anxiety/OCD, depression, trauma, and perinatal/postpartum mental health difficulties.
