I believe that life ebbs and flows. During challenging times, we need an unbiased, compassionate presence to walk alongside us. As a therapist, I view my role as a supportive guide—someone who holds space without judgment while helping you navigate your unique journey. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) practicing for four years, I work with adults and provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore a wide range of concerns.
