I have a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. I believe in creating a supportive environment and working from a place of compassion and authenticity. Non-judgmental, person-centered therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy is what guides my approach to counseling. I have several years of experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, sexual abuse, and domestic violence. I am dedicated to helping individuals uncover their inner strength and resilience, empowering them to navigate life's challenges with confidence and clarity. I currently sees ages 14+.
