I am here to listen without judgment or opinion to help you uncover what is truly best for you in your unique situation. Sometimes just taking the first step will uncover things you never thought possible. I find comfort in art-based and expressive interventions and I believe that sometimes we need a creative outlet to uncover the things we cannot always say with words. Creativity has many healing powers and I look forward to exploring them with you!
