"Sometimes we have to let our old story go, so that a newer and truer version can be told about who we are." Life can feel so unpredictable at times. You might find that you start to ask yourself how you got here, why these events are happening to you, how it got this way, and if things will get better. You deserve to find answers, and more importantly, you deserve to reconcile your old story and find meaning in the next season of life. My goal is to help you move forward with a developed sense of peace, compassion, and trust within yourself that you have what it takes to pursue a life worth living despite life's unpredictable circumstances. I help adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, OCD, trauma, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, and life changes.
