I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with over a decade of experience working with adolescents. I am also a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S), I enjoy helping younger children express themselves while also supporting parents in strengthening their confidence in parenting techniques. Along with these populations, I am passionate about working with teens and young adults and assisting with providing guidance as they navigate life transitions and the challenges of moving into adulthood. View 6 Photos Play is the language of children and aids in their communication and ability to work through difficult situations and feelings. I’m also certified as an EMDR therapist. EMDR is utilized with trauma recovery and can be useful in treating depression, anxiety, as well as instilling positive thoughts or a "safe place.
