At AKA Counseling, we believe that when it comes to healing, there is no deadline. Everyone just wants to feel heard and know that they are not alone in their therapeutic healing journey. Emotional growth takes time and patience, which is met with support, compassion, and understanding at AKA Counseling. As a counselor, I work alongside my clients to establish a therapeutic relationship that provides a foundation to identify goals and move toward success as a team. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor certified to practice Telemental Health Therapy. Through the use of telehealth, my patients receive 1-on-1 therapy from the comfort of their own homes. I have experience and specialize in working with people who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders, addiction, and much more.
