I ventured into this profession as a means of addressing my own emotional wounds, navigating a difficult childhood and through the sudden and tragic loss of a dear friend as a child. I aim to utilize my personal journey to bring hope and possibility to those who have faced similar pain, grief, and adversity. My focus involves aiming to provide brief-term therapy, typically spanning between 6 to 8 sessions. Embarking on this therapeutic journey and facing your grief head-on is courageous. While I may not have all the answers, I aim to assist and nurture your path as you navigate these difficult times.
