I have worked in the behavioral health field for over 22 years starting in psychiatric rehabilitation and social services. Afterward, I transitioned to program administration and clinical services. I have five years of direct clinical experience working with diverse populations. I am an eclectic therapist that practices using many counseling and psychology theories, including humanistic, behavioral, person-centered, Gestalt, and other evidence-based approaches. Interventions are tailored to a person's needs and preferences. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, disclosures, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I am an eclectic approach therapist that provides a safe environment using humanistic concepts and also outcome-based interventions.
