Through my lived experiences as a wife, mother, licensed social worker, and corporate healthcare manager I discovered how powerful it is to truly understand ourselves — our patterns, emotions, and the way we move through the world. That personal transformation reignited my passion for helping others to do the same. Today, I support clients in slowing down, tuning in, and building the kind of self-awareness that creates real, lasting change. I bring not just clinical expertise, but also lived experience, empathy, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to do this work.
