Many people tell me that I am the first person they have ever talked to about "this stuff". As a Licensed Metal Health Counselor specializing in individuals, couples, and multi partner relationships I enjoy support folks who are navigating challenges related to relationships, communication, intimacy, trauma, life transitions, and sexuality. My passion is supporting others in exploring their identities and helping them show up more authentically in their lives. I am committed to providing a safe place for clients to explore their deepest intimacies and create positive change. I practice from a pleasure-focused, culturally-humble, trauma-informed and systems lens. My own identities inform my work, as a result I place a high importance on being LGBTQIA+, sex work-, poly/CNM-, kink-affirming.
