I specialize in helping individuals and couples impacted by past or present unhealthy relationships (family, friends, ex/current partners). I have over 4 yrs of experience working with clients coping with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/PTSD/C-PTSD, ADHD and significant life adjustments. I enjoy helping clients process and unpack their experiences in order to better understand why they might struggle with how they feel, with communication, with closeness, or anything else that might be getting in the way. I help clients gradually process & make sense of their feelings, providing concrete coping skills as needed. I'm here for you. My expertise is in understanding communication-, emotional-, and boundary- dynamics that tend to foster healthy and unhealthy relationships. I'll help you identify these things in your own relationships so that you can start to see how this creates a cycle you're capable of breaking out of. I'll also help you develop habits to have healthier relationships.
