Amber works with clients as young as 10 but will also be expanding her practice to adults. She has interest in working with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, poor academic engagement, perfectionism, parenting, and issues relating to pregnancy, infertility, and postpartum concerns. Amber works out of the Woodstock office but also sees clients virtually. Amber believes adjusting one's mindset can have powerful impacts for symptom relief. Amber utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy approaches in her practice.
