Amber works towards empowering her clients to better manage their mental health, in an empathetic and non-judgmental environment. She works with clients of all age and demographics, including those with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, PTSD, BPD, OCD, ADHD, school-related and behavioral issues. Amber is EMDR trained, as well as having additional training in neuroscience and trauma- informed inventions. Amber helps individuals improve their quality of life by teaching effective ways to manage stress, heal from the past, and bring balance to the mind, body and soul. She is formerly a university professor, with a passion for psychoeducation. Additional, Amber has a therapy dog named Brandy that comes in to bring extra support.
