An ideal client for me would be an individual who is seeking a safe, non judgmental environment where they can gain insight into their problems, discuss and process their feelings and learn new skills to improve their overall mental wellness. I am capable of helping those who are currently struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, relationship problems, LGBTQA+ issues and much more. I welcome anyone who is struggling with problems both big and small and treat each person’s problems with individualized attention and dedication towards making progress.
