I’m here for clients navigating depression, trauma, anxiety, or trouble focusing. Many seek clarity, connection, and direction but aren’t sure where to start. They want relief from pain and a life that feels meaningful and whole. I walk alongside clients as they explore what feels lost or disconnected. Together, we uncover missing pieces and rebuild their story with understanding and empowerment. My goal is to help them reconnect with their inner strength, rediscover purpose, and experience greater balance, joy, and ease in daily life. I help clients heal with compassion, skill, and evidence-based care. Trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I support healing from trauma as well as anxiety, depression, addiction, and focus concerns. I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults, meeting each person where they are. Above all, I offer a supportive partnership where growth happens.
