Welcome! A little bit about how I practice is that I work with individuals from six years old and up - to navigate the challenges that impact our lives. My approach is to meet you exactly where you are at and see what areas you are seeking growth in, to bridge those gaps. Together, I hope to build a collaborative relationship where you are heard, understood and supported, with acknowledging that you are the expert of your experiences. My goal therefore would be to bring compassion, awareness and support to sessions.
