Living under systems that were never built to hold us — white supremacy, ableism, fatphobia, capitalism, heteropatriarchy — takes a toll on our minds and bodies. What often gets labeled as anxiety, burnout, or depression is so often a deeply human response to being devalued, unseen, or forced to mask who we are to survive. In our work together, we’ll name these systems, grieve what they’ve taken from you, and begin to reconnect with your agency, your body, your values, and the communities that can hold you. This practice centers people who are tired of being pathologized for their pain and want therapy that honors both personal healing and the broader forces at play. Whether you’re navigating trauma, unlearning body shame, exploring your neurodivergence, or working to trust yourself again — we offer care that resists the notion that you are the problem.
