My goal is to partner with my clients on their journey for personal growth and a healthier path. I have experience working with a variety of populations and believe there is power in the therapeutic relationship. I will provide coping tools and education to empower my clients. I will hold space for my clients so that they may share their stories and move toward a healthier way of living , physically and emotionally. I have been working in the field since 1999 while working toward my bachelors degree. Later, I obtained my masters in professional counseling from Georgia State University. I am interested in the mind body connection and how we can utilize experiential exercises to regulate ourselves.
