I graduated in 2022 with my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. Since starting my therapy career, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing ADHD, ODD, Depression, Anxiety, Attachment Disorder, Panic Disorder, Personality Disorder, Substance Abuse and Suicidal Ideation. I have also worked with teens in JDAP programs and with clients on probation for substance abuse and anger management. My preferred therapy style is a strength-based perspective, that emphasizes self-determination and resilience which takes a positive focus to a person’s strengths. I also incorporate art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I have found that I enjoy working with a wide spectrum of age groups from young children to the elderly.
