Are you looking for freedom from the ties that food, weight, body image and diet culture have on you? Eating disorders can be isolating and lonely, but they don't need to control your life any more. Recovery is hard, but it doesn’t have to be done alone. I help clients to build a life worth living, that feels meaningful, and help them to reclaim their voice in the world, free from the reign of food, anxiety and/or depression. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship that is a trusting and collaborative alliance to support you in becoming the person you want to be, by working through the things that hold you back.
