I am passionate about working with teen and college-age young women in managing their emotional and mental health. It is so important to have good emotional health during this age as this is a prime time to develop coping skills, whether healthy or unhealthy. I love helping my clients learn new skills, find solutions, and manage their mental health by developing healthy coping skills. It is a great joy to see hope bloom in each client, despite the presenting challenge.
