About
I am passionate about creating a safe and open-minded space for all identities in my therapy. I believe the most important aspect when it comes to therapy is having it be collaborative, compassionate, empathetic, and fun! I have experience working with young adults who present with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and suicidal ideation. I also assist with LGBTQIA+ identities and transitions. I look at each symptom that the individual presents through a trauma-focused lens. Outside of work, I enjoy cuddling my three cats, watching crime shows, and playing videogames.
