As a psychotherapist and former school counselor, I have over a decade of experience teaming with parents, families, and professionals at all developmental stages. My individualized, evidence-based interventions help you/your family meet challenges such as work/life/school balance and stressors, chronic injury, stress or illness, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues with more insight, flexibility, and resilience. I specialize in somatic (body) and mindfulness-based therapeutic programs & parenting coaching, which are informed by HeartMath biofeedback that maps the health of your nervous system. I partner with you to regulate your nervous system, rewire patterns, beliefs, and narratives that hold you back, and rewrite a story of self-regulation and resilience.
