Life gets overwhelming at times and I believe people are truly doing the best they can with what they have. Sometimes, it just helps to have someone in your corner — someone who listens, supports, and helps you find new ways to move forward. I am passionate about neurodivergent-affirming care and help people navigate a social world that may not feel accepting or comfortable for them. I specialize in helping individuals with anxiety, trauma, and ADHD.
