The reality is that relationships, parenting and healing from past trauma are all hard. It's difficult to maintain clarity and a healthy sense of direction with life moving so quickly, especially when things inside us are just not "right". I know it can be hard to take these first steps toward improved wellness and guidance, but you've come this far and it would be my pleasure to join you in your journey toward healing and clarity- personally, professionally, and spiritually. We can do really great work together, achieve goals, and without the obstacles of time-consuming travel, as sessions are held via telehealth. It's worth it!
