I am very happy you are here! Reaching out for therapy can be difficult and takes a lot of strength. If you are feeling overwhelmed by the weight of various life stressors and your mental health is waning, let's work together to lift the weight! I work with teens, young adults and adults and am passionate about working with athletes. I have experience in treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress management, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, work/life balance issues, sports performance concerns, and injury recovery. I utilize CBT, DBT, and ACT but work with clients as an individuals to best support each need.
