My clients have often experienced significant trauma, struggle with emotional regulation, substance misuse, or interpersonal difficulties, possibly due to underlying personality disorders or unresolved anger issues. They may be facing challenges with vocational identity or a sense of purpose, and often experience pervasive feelings of depression and anxiety. These clients are motivated to improve their mental health and life satisfaction but may feel overwhelmed or uncertain about where to begin. They seek a safe, compassionate environment to process past wounds, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and work toward personal growth.
