I have a passion to work with those experiencing challenges or need encouragement, insight and perspective. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to create positive changes and beliefs about your life based on goals you have set for yourself. Together, we can create a treatment plan that is a good fit for you in an effort to find your way to a fulfilling and satisfying life. I am trained in perinatal mood disorders for those that are currently struggling with their mental health during and after pregnancy, including challenges with infertility and loss. I specialize in trauma recovery am also trained in EMDR.
