I believe that everyone should be empowered and confident in living the life they want to live. I treat adults with histories of trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and depression. I believe in working with individuals to increase feelings of regulation and stability in day to day life while addressing historical events that contribute to stressors and day to day challenges. I believe that therapy starts with a strong foundational relationship and providing individuals from all walks of life with a safe and dignified space that is free from judgement. I am also trained in EMDR.
