About

I have worked with a wide range of clients seeking support with different mental health and life transition concerns. I often work with individuals who have chronic illnesses, histories of traumatic experiences, or anxiety. I also work with transitional aged youth, individuals who identify as neurodivergent, and individuals who have been impacted by systemic oppression. I have a background working with survivors of childhood abuse and neglect, as well as children and adults who have survived sexual exploitation including human trafficking. Our work will be individualized to meet your unique needs and goals. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and empathic. As your therapist, it is my role to support you on your journey with authenticity and curiosity. I use an integrative approach to meet the needs of each client.
