I am a deeply compassionate human who will not only listen but will also challenge you to dive deep to find new levels of self-awareness and empowerment. If you're tired of feeling lost and confused and are ready for transformation and healing, it's time to take the first step. I work with children, teens, and adults and am experienced in treating anxiety, trauma, co-dependency, self-esteem issues and more. Art therapy is one of my specialties and is an incredible tool for healing. I also have specialized experience in death/grief and spent time in hospice working with people in the process of dying and their loved ones.
