Are you feeling down, moving through a transition or feeling a little stuck? I use an integration of theoretical perspectives including energy psychology, mindfulness and coaching principles to help you uncover any blocks that prevent you from living a balanced, authentic and fulfilling life. The goal of your work with me is to feel heard, safe and seen. My specialization is working with people who feel very deeply and consider themselves empaths and/or highly sensitive individuals. Some of the work I do helps you to process emotion, create boundaries, regulate your nervous system and find the best career goals.
