What I love most about being a therapist is the real adventure of self-discovery and growth I get to accompany folks on. Although neither of us can predict the exact course, I am confident in the processes that can support you in overcoming depression, anxiety, stagnation, and beyond. My work is informed by relational psychodynamic theory, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), somatic therapy, parts work, and Buddhist psychology. I work with individuals, couples, and groups ages 16 and older. My therapeutic approach is grounded in respect for your autonomy, compassion, and a genuine curiosity about your experience. I work to create a space where you can share your story in your own time and in your own way.
