I have worked as a trauma informed therapist since 2011. I specialize in adolescents and adults who face various mental health and identity development challenges. I am a grounded, honest, compassionate and well-rounded clinician. I tailor my approach to fit my clients’ specific goals and incorporate various techniques, which include: psychodynamic, relational, inter-subjective, DBT/CBT, motivational, trauma-informed, strengths-based and solution-focused therapies.
