My deepest belief is that mental health therapy is about supporting individuals to tap into the light that already exists within them. Regardless of the challenge, I have supported individuals and families heal, grow, and expand. Mental health therapy is not just about navigating or coping with life's difficulties, but about feeling empowered in making meaning and integrating our most painful losses and mental health difficulties in order to thrive. I've been working with teens, adults, and caregivers since 2017 on their path to courageous well-being. Together, we will make a road-map for feeling empowered in your growth process.
