I’m so glad you are taking this step towards your healing. You deserve to have freedom from past experiences and to live more fully and joyfully in your life and relationships. I currently have online openings for EMDR on Fridays with some limited weekend availability. I have nearly a decade of practice working with clients who have experienced trauma and/or negative events that color how they feel about themselves or the rest of the world. I have seen how people sometimes go only so far with talk therapy and become frustrated because they still feel stuck in old patterns of activation, helpless to the pull of their past.
