Hi, I’m Amelia, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor. My work is grounded in more than two decades in the mental health field, bringing a deep understanding of human behavior to supporting individuals through emotional and behavioral change. I help thoughtful, self-aware people break the patterns keeping them stuck so they can reconnect with themselves and live with more clarity, confidence, and intention. If you find yourself overthinking, feeling emotionally exhausted, repeating the same cycles, or knowing something needs to change but not quite sure how to move forward, you’re in the right place! Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or misaligned on the inside. They are often navigating life transitions, burnout, trauma, or the quiet realization that this is not how they want to live.
