I believe one of the key components to therapy is providing a safe trusting environment where my clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly and honestly. I incorporate and integrative approach to therapy utilizing various psychotherapeutic techniques to best match the unique needs of my clients. I'm currently working with Individuals, Children, Families and Teens. I also provide school consultation, parenting groups, and specialized treatment for trauma.
