I believe in your autonomy and that you know yourself best, so we’ll work together to identify your strengths, areas of distress, and opportunities for growth. My approach is humanistic and trauma-informed, drawing from ACT, somatic practices, and parts-work. I also bring a social justice and intersectional-feminist lens, and am sex-positive and affirming of kink, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
